CrossTab Tutorial
A "CrossTab" in Jaspersoft Studio is similar to a Pivot Table in Excel. You need at least three data points to create a CrossTab. One determines the columns in your table; the second determines the rows; the third determines the "measure" (i.e. the data in the table's cells).
This CrossTab contains:
1 column for each grade
1 row for each site
1 cell for every combination of site & grade level, indicating the count of students for each grade level at each site.
Total column indicating the total count of students for each site, across all grade levels
Total column indicating the total count of students for each grade level, across all sites.
This CrossTab contains:
1 column for Assessment Performance Level
1 row for each site
1 cell for every combination of site & performance level, indicating the count of students at each performance level per site.
Total column indicating the total count of students for each site, across all performance levels.
Total column indicating the total count of students for each performance level, across sites.
