Tutorial 1: Aggregate and Visualize Your Data
In this tutorial, we will:
Collect a data point (just about any data point will do)
any assessment score (SBAC, PARCC, CELDT, SRI, SMI, STAR Renaissance, any local assessment, any data in summary assessment, etc.)
number of absences (by Session / Grading Period)
etc.
Categorize the data into buckets/groups/levels/performance bands etc.
Aggregate the data (by Site / Ethnicity/ Grade Level /Program, etc.).
Objective
Using what you learn in this tutorial, you will be able to create reports like this one:
*Note: I'll show you how to filter out the "Not Tested" or the students without data should you choose to do so.
